During Critical Strength and Mobility testing, participants attempt a series of functional movement stations, such as lifting and carrying, so their strength and conditioning can be assessed. 1221_3b3cb2-44> |

Fitness-to-Work testing results are reviewed by a team of medical professionals (i.e. Physical Therapists, Certified Athletic Therapists, and Certified Chiropractors) who will provide a recomendation to hire through the Level 1-5 Assessment scale. 1221_a57615-ca> |

The participant will be guided through a series of 4 different vision exams to determine if they have the necessary visual function to safely perform their work duties.
