Service Offerings
Our Fitness-to-Work (FTW) program has long been a point of pride in our company. In fact, the need for proactive screening in this area spurred Kyle Powell’s development of SureHire 17 years ago. He went on to develop a robust FTW program that employers could use to accurately determine a candidate’s ability to perform job specific safety-sensitive tasks. A program rooted in foundations of accommodation and inclusivity.
Since then, SureHire has revolutionized the occupational testing industry in North America by offering a host of services that promote worker safety. However, it is clear that our FTW testing program is still one of our top, high-value, services.
Case Study
One of our clients with a large utility infrastructure program in Eastern Canada used our Fitness-to-Work program to ensure worker’s abilities matched the job demands in a remote and challenging environment.
